In partnership with our client, a premium personal brand and business group based in the UAE, we are seeking a Creative Director for Short Form Content to lead the creative vision, strategy, and execution of all short-form content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and similar platforms. If you live and breathe short-form content, understand what makes audiences stop scrolling, and have the track record to prove it, we want to meet you.
Who are we looking for?
- You are a short-form content specialist with 4 to 7 years of experience in creative direction, social media content strategy, or creator and influencer marketing.
- You are deeply fluent in TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, understanding algorithms, audience behaviour, and what separates content that performs from content that disappears.
