Creative Executive

At Conatural, we believe great ideas drive great brands. We're looking for a highly creative, culturally aware, and digitally fluent Creative Executive to lead ideation and conceptual thinking for our brand and marketing content.

This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands digital culture, and can turn insights, trends, and product knowledge into compelling creative ideas that perform.

What you'll do:

• Ideate and develop creative concepts for campaigns, launches, and always-on content
• Translate marketing objectives into engaging content ideas for social media, digital ads, and brand storytelling
• Create scripts, storyboards, hooks, captions, and content directions for reels, videos, posts, and campaigns
• Turn trends, memes, cultural moments, and humor into brand-appropriate content
