Creative - Film Team

At Ffern, film is not just something you watch, It’s how a season unfolds, how a place, a feeling, a moment is carried.

We’re looking for a Creative (Film) to help imagine and shape our seasonal films from first thought to final frame. Someone equally comfortable with ideas and execution, who can move fluidly between writing, visual thinking and hands-on collaboration to protect the integrity of the work at every stage.

This role sits within Ffern’s Film Studio, working closely with directors, producers and our in-house creative team to ensure every film is conceptually clear, visually refined and thoughtfully crafted.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for developing and shepherding creative ideas across Ffern’s film output, translating early concepts into clear treatments, references and finished films that feel unmistakably Ffern.
