Build and curate a high-quality Crime portfolio aligned with popular tropes and audience demand.
Lead original scripted series from concept to production.
Review scripts and outlines, provide feedback, and manage a team of writers and creative leads.
Develop new show concepts, onboard writers, and ensure timely script delivery.
Work cross-functionally to source ideas from market insights and track series performance.
Hire, mentor, and upskill talent while embedding best practices across the team.
Manage a high-volume editorial pipeline with strong planning and delivery controls.
