Role Overview
The Creative Head will lead the agency's creative vision and execution. This role ensures all creative output meets high visual, strategic, and brand standards across clients and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage designers, visualizers, and motion/animation teams
• Own overall creative direction and quality control
• Review and approve all visual deliverables before client submission
• Ensure consistency in branding, storytelling, and design standards
• Collaborate with strategy and client servicing teams on campaigns
• Mentor creative team and improve workflows

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in creative leadership or senior design roles
• Strong portfolio in branding, digital, and campaign creatives
