Creative Head

JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a Creative Director to lead our Copy and Graphics Teams. You will ensure all creative output especially email and SMS is high quality, on-brand and performance-driven.
This role bridges creative and strategy, so you will need to speak both design and copy, while guiding the team and translating ideas clearly to clients and internal stakeholders. Strong leadership, creative judgment and hands-on Klaviyo experience are key.
Most of our clients are in North America and Australia, so timezone flexibility is required.
