- Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 designers across Singapore and Malaysia, with full accountability for all design and creative output
- Own the creative ideation process from brief to concept, ensuring ideas are innovative, strategically sound, and aligned with both local market needs and broader regional objectives
- Oversee the design and execution of branded and visual communications, including marketing campaigns, websites, video content, and digital and print assets
- Set and uphold a high bar for creative excellence, ensuring consistency while continuously elevating the quality of all outputs
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Growth, UX/UI) across Singapore, Malaysia, and regional stakeholders to ensure ideas are feasible, scalable, and execution-ready
