Creative Manager

We're hiring a Creative Manager

Looking for someone who can think in hooks, design with AI, edit videos, and execute without being chased.

You'll own social media creative for multiple B2B brands — strategy, visuals, video, copy, all of it.

What You'll Do

• Create 3+ posts daily across brands (LinkedIn, Instagram)
• Edit short-form videos and Reels using AI and editing tools
• Generate visuals using AI tools (Lovart, Midjourney, Canva)
• Write hooks and captions that speak to B2B audiences
• Maintain distinct brand voice across multiple products

Requirements

• 4+ years in content creation or creative role
• Strong B2B copywriting skills
• Proficient with Canva + at least one AI image tool
• Video editing skills — Adobe Premiere, or similar
• Able to generate and edit AI video (Runway, Kling, or similar)
• Fast executor, self-directed, no hand-holding
