• Creative Vision & Direction: Provide the artistic eye and high-level direction for the Group's visual content, ensuring social media and digital assets are professional and modern.
• MultimediaCapability Building: Lead the department's transition into advanced video andanimation, establishing internal workflows to reduce reliance on externalvendors.
• End-to-EndVideo Production: Conceptualize, script, and produce high-quality corporatevideos using original footage, stock imagery, and motion graphics forGroup-wide use.
• AI Implementation: Explore and implement AI-assisted creative tools to optimizeproduction timelines and introduce innovative visual techniques to the team.
• Internal Comms Support: Manage and execute the visual storytelling for internalengagement projects (Townhalls, AGMs, Festive Events) across all BUs.
