We're looking for a Creative Operations to support and scale our operations as we continue to grow. This role is a great fit for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong execution, enjoys building efficient systems, and understands how creative teams operate.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with leadership to support and execute strategic initiatives
• Translate company goals into clear, actionable operational plans
• Design, implement, and improve internal processes that support sustainable growth
• Collaborate with creative, production, and business teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
• Track priorities, progress, and operational results
