Job Title: Project Coordinator – Production & Marketing Operations Location: Tunis, Tunisia Reporting to: Senior Creative Operations Manager

Overview of Role: 

The Project Coordinator manages project requests from Marketing and Design through production, ensuring timelines, tasks, and communications are properly tracked in Jira. This role serves as a key liaison between cross-functional teams to keep projects moving efficiently from intake to completion.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Own and manage Jira tickets (MO, POC, email, digital) from request intake to final delivery
  • Review and groom incoming requests, assign complexity, and ensure completeness
  • Assign production tasks based on priority, workload, and expertise
  • Track progress, manage timelines, and follow up on blocked or missing information
  • Coordinate production-related tasks, including POC and MO letters
