Creative Project Manager - Hybrid Set Up

We are seeking a Creative Services Project Manager to support the end-to-end production of creative projects in a high-volume corporate environment. You will assist senior PMs in maintaining stakeholder relationships, coordinating project workflows, and preparing business reports, while ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to quality standards.



Key Responsibilities

- Support the creative requirements of stakeholders under the guidance of a senior PM

- Coordinate the end-to-end production process of diverse creative materials

- Assist in preparing business reports on project status, resourcing, and utilization

- Participate in project and PM team calls, but not lead or facilitate independently

- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders across geographies

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, with quality and efficiency
