Creative Strategist & Copywriter (Buenos Aires)

Overview

Easypeasy is a pioneer in the e-learning sector: we make English learning accessible, effective, and engaging. We are looking for a strategic mind capable of devising high-impact creative approaches. You will be the company's idea factory: your task is to design the strategy and messaging that our Content Creators will transform into video content.

Responsibilities

• Constant ideation of new formats for organic channels (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and creative angles for paid advertising campaigns
• Scripting the structure for video ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), defining Hook, Beat, and Payoff
• Continuous research to anticipate trends and maintain a competitive advantage
• Developing multiple variations of each idea to test message effectiveness and optimize conversions (A/B testing)
• Working in synergy with the marketing team, content creators, and performance marketers to align creative output with business goals
