Creative Strategist — E-commerce Ads

About Us:

We run 3 health brands across the US and EU. By end of 2025 we were doing $50K days with a team of 3. Now we are scaling to $150K days and need strategists who want to own the creative direction.

About the Role:

You will develop ad concepts for Meta that actually convert. You see the results. You iterate. When your ads win, you get paid for it.

Responsibilities:

• Develop ad angles, hooks, and scripts
• Analyze what's working and why
• Brief editors on concepts
• Iterate fast based on performance data

Requirements:

• Experience developing ad concepts for e-commerce
• Understanding of what makes an ad convert - hooks, pacing, angles
• Ability to work independently

Compensation:

• $5,000-$15,000 USD/month base depending on experience
• 2-5% of ad spend on campaigns you build
• Full training program provided before you start
