Job Description
Tapmad is looking for a Creative Strategist to own the creative direction for tapmad's paid digital campaigns across Pakistan and Bangladesh. You'll be the bridge between our sports content calendar and our media buying team - planning campaigns, developing creative briefs, coordinating with designers and agencies, and continuously optimizing creative performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning & Creative Strategy:
Plan creative campaigns around the sports content calendar (cricket, football, UFC)
Develop creative concepts, hooks, and messaging frameworks for each campaign
Create detailed creative briefs for internal designers and external agencies
Ensure brand consistency across all paid media touchpoints
Creative Production & Coordination:
Manage creative production workflow with agencies, vendors, and freelance designers
Coordinate asset delivery timelines aligned with campaign launch dates
Maintain creative asset library and naming conventions...
