Creative Strategist (Mobile Game Ads)

We're looking for a creative thinker who can come up with scroll-stopping ideas for mobile game ads. This role isn't about video editing or production — our pipelines (including AI tools) handle execution Your focus is simple: come up with compelling concepts, hooks, and narratives that drive installs. If you naturally think in ad ideas, variations, and what makes people stop scrolling, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do Generate a high volume of ad ideas for short-form creatives Craft strong first 3-second hooks to capture attention Turn gameplay into clear, engaging ad concepts Write simple scripts / briefs for production Create multiple variations of winning ideas Analyze trends, competitors, and performance to iterate Partner with UA & creative teams to scale what works
