Creative strategist

Role Overview
We’re looking for a Creative Strategist and campaigns manager who can shape the creative direction and content roadmap for brands across multiple industries. This role is for someone who thinks like a strategist but writes like a creator, someone who understands platform behavior, brand tone, audience triggers, and storytelling formats across Instagram, You Tube, and more.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead creative strategy for brand campaigns, digital series, and social-first content pieces
• Build content calendars, channel strategies, and creative decks that align with business objectives • Translate briefs into sharp, actionable content ideas across genres and formats
• Work closely with Creative Directors, Writers, and Video Teams to bring concepts to life
• Analyze platform trends, audience behavior, and content performance to optimize content plans • Craft and refine brand voice guidelines tailored for video content
