About The Client: Our client is a fast-growing bridal accessories brand building its growth engine on organic short-form video. Despite a relatively small follower base, we have generated thousands of organic views on TikTok and Instagram Reels. We are focused on turning early wins into a repeatable system for viral content. Our channels: @calilybridal (TikTok) · @calilybridal (Instagram).
The Role
This is a strategic role, not an editing role. You will identify high-potential organic videos in the bridal, fashion, and lifestyle space, understand why they work, and translate those insights into clear creative briefs that editors can execute confidently. You will decide what content we should make next— not just monitor trends. The role will have KPIs that will grant you quarterly bonuses after the probation period.
