Job Description: We're looking for a Creative Strategy & Production Specialist to lead the creation and execution of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns. This role blends creative strategy with hands-on content production from crafting concepts to editing videos and designing visuals. You'll collaborate with clients and the internal team to produce high-performing ad creatives that engage audiences and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative strategies that align with campaign goals and audience insights.
• Produce ad assets including videos, stills, and graphics optimized for Meta platforms.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their customers and craft messaging that resonates.
