Creative Studio Manager

We are looking for a responsible and supportive
Creative Studio Manager
to join our growing exhibition and event team. This role plays an important part in ensuring our design studio runs smoothly while supporting projects across Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Dubai.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working closely with both creative teams and regional offices. You will help create a structured yet positive environment where designers can focus on delivering quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily studio operations and coordinate project timelines
• Support and manage designers' schedules, attendance, and workload planning
• Ensure smooth communication between Malaysia and overseas offices
• Assist with basic accounting tasks including bookkeeping, issuing invoices, tracking payments, and following up on collections
