Creative Training Coach
to inspire and upskill our team of virtual assistants in creative roles. If coaching, creating, and seeing people thrive excites you, this role is for you

What You'll Be Doing

• Build training programs that teach creative skills and prepare VAs for client-facing work.
• Lead virtual sessions that are engaging, interactive, and inspiring.
• Train the team in Social Media, Email Marketing, Graphic Design, and other creative areas.
• Guide new hires, evaluate skills, and help them deliver quality work.
• Run one-on-one and group coaching sessions to build confidence and improve performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify skills gaps, create learning paths, and track progress.
• Create and update training resources, decks, and modules that are practical and current.
