1. Manage acquisition, onboarding, and operations of LIVE agencies (MCNs) for the target market.
2. Develop and execute agency operation strategies; monitor livestream performance, revenue, and content quality.
3. Manage agencies with a data-driven approach, tracking KPIs and optimizing performance.
4. Maintain frequent communication with agencies; support campaigns, policies, and daily operations.
5. Work with cross-functional (XFN) teams to drive agencies' performance.

Minimum Qualifications
1. 3+ years of experience in live streaming, MCNs, media/talent companies, or content platforms.
