As the TikTok LIVE Creator Growth Strategist, you won't just manage a list; you will decode the DNA of creator success. You will own the end-to-end growth methodology for a specific cohort within the ANZ ecosystem. This role is for a behavioral architect—someone who can look at a spreadsheet of data, understand the human motivation behind the numbers, and design scalable operational systems that drive revenue, viewership, and creator loyalty.
