Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end credentialing and re-credentialing process
• Prepare, submit, and track provider credentialing applications
• Conduct follow-ups with insurance payers to ensure timely approvals
• Generate and maintain credentialing status reports for management
• Identify workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in credentialing or payer enrollment
• Strong understanding of credentialing standards and payer guidelines
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
