Credentialing Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Credentialing Manager with strong knowledge of US healthcare provider credentialing and enrolment processes. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience, excellent spoken and written English, and proven expertise in managing credentialing teams and end-to-end credentialing operations for US healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage provider credentialing and re-credentialing for US healthcare providers with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers
• Oversee provider enrolment, payer applications, CAQH maintenance, and contract follow-ups
• Lead, train, and manage a credentialing team, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
• Ensure compliance with NCQA, CMS, and payer-specific credentialing requirements
• Track credentialing timelines, expirations, and renewals to prevent revenue loss
• Handle escalations, payer communications, and complex credentialing cases
