Responsibilities

• Manage provider credentialing and payer enrollment.
• Collect, verify, and maintain required provider documents.
• Submit and track applications with insurance payers.
• Maintain accurate provider records in the EHR/EMR system.
• Follow up on application status and resolve issues.
• Ensure files meet compliance and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience or understanding of provider credentialing/payer enrollment.
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
