Role Overview:
We are looking for a Credentialing Specialist to manage provider credentialing and enrollment processes. You will ensure compliance with payer requirements, maintain provider data, and support smooth billing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, submit, and track credentialing and recredentialing applications.
Collect and verify provider documents (licenses, certifications, insurance).
Maintain provider profiles on CAQH and other portals.
Coordinate with payers for Commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare enrollment.
Keep the Credentialing Tracker updated and follow up on pending applications.
Communicate status updates to internal teams and ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
Experience in medical billing, credentialing, or healthcare administration.
Proficiency in CAQH, NPPES, and payer portals.
