Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Credentialing Specialist located in Lahore. The Credentialing Coordinator will be responsible for processing credentialing and re-credentialing applications for medical staff, maintaining active status registrations, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations. The role includes interacting with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and regulatory agencies, as well as managing communication and customer service tasks related to credentialing.
Qualifications
Must have Bachelor Degree
Experience in Credentialing and Medical Staff Credentialing
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Knowledge of Medical Terminology
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in using credentialing software and databases
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Previous experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage
