We are expanding our Revenue Cycle Management team and are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Credentialing Specialist to support multiple providers across growing practices.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who thrives in complexity, manages multiple moving pieces at once, and confidently communicates with doctors and leadership teams.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

•  Managing credentialing for multiple providers simultaneously (medical and/or dental preferred)

•  Coordinating enrollments, revalidations, and commercial insurance participation

•  Monitoring application statuses and proactively following up with payers

•  Maintaining accurate documentation across multiple systems

•  Managing task tracking and project timelines inside Asana (required)
