Grata Health is a U.S.-based healthcare company building a modern, tech-enabled addiction treatment clinic. We operate across multiple states and work closely with licensed providers and payers to deliver substance use disorder and behavioral health services. Accurate and timely credentialing and contracting are essential to our operations.

We are seeking an experienced Provider Credentialing & Contracting Specialist to manage provider onboarding, payer enrollment, and contracting workflows, with a strong preference for candidates who have direct experience in the substance use disorder and behavioral health space.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and manage provider credentialing applications with commercial payers, Medicaid programs, and relevant state entities
• Collect, verify, and organize provider documentation including state licenses, DEA registrations, malpractice insurance, etc.
