Credentialing Specialist
to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
New provider enrollment with Medicare, Medicaid, and all major commercial insurance plans
CAQH setup and ongoing maintenance
NPI (Type 1 & 2) registration and updates
PECOS enrollment and reassignment
Payer portal setup and maintenance
Revalidation, re-credentialing, and demographic updates
Regular follow-up with payers until approval is completed
Monthly status reporting
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in provider credentialing or enrollment
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer requirements
Familiarity with CAQH, NPI, and PECOS systems
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
