Credit Administrator

Minimum Education: Graduation from HEC recognized University

• 4+ years of relevant experience
• General understanding of banking products & basic terminologies
• Basic understanding of loan documentation / Islamic documentation
• Knowledge & understanding of all finance products and facilities i.e Conventional and Islamic
• Good communication and report writing skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare security / collateral documents as per approved terms & conditions
• Review of executed documents for accuracy and identify deficiencies to the concern business units for resolution and maintain follow-ups.
• Registration of hypothecation charge (initial & supplemental) with SECP.
• Registration of mortgage/token mortgage with SECP and various land authorities.
