Job Description

 
  JOB SUMMARY 
 Responsible for the Accounts Receivable management of designated accounts including establishing credit limits and terms, annual credit reviews, approval or credit hold of new orders, collecting account balances, resolving customer disputes/deductions/short paid balances, credit card payment processing, posting of credits and occasional posting of payments with account reconciliation.
  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 
 Contact all past due assigned accounts to make arrangements for payment and discuss deductions taken
 Customer account credit hold, when necessary, with contact to Sales, CSR and customer to advise and work out an agreement on credit limit and/or payment
 Handle Accounts Receivable phone calls from customers, siffron Sales and Customer Service Team
 Daily processing and release of orders from credit hold que based upon collections and receipt of funds
