Responsibilities

• Reconcile collection receipts with AR aging reports monthly.
• Prepare credit and collection incentives reports.
• Review and evaluate Credit Investigation Reports and AO’s daily itineraries.
• Monitor equity collection schedules and replacement of returned checks.
• Coordinate with Treasury to ensure accurate posting of buyer’s payments.
• Verify and reconcile account balances with clients.
• Prepare and issue notices, demands, and follow-ups for unpaid accounts.
• Report delinquent accounts for legal action and recommend accounts for bad debt allowance.
