The role is responsible for managing and monitoring credit accounts to ensure timely payments, resolving payment issues, and implementing strategies to improve collection efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to achieving collection targets while maintaining professionalism and ethical standards.
