Credit and Syndications Analyst 3-Fin

Location: Mexico City or Sao Paulo only. 

Hybrid role: 2-3 days per week in the office. 

Summary Statement:

Oracle Financing provides payment solutions to help customers acquire Oracle products and services. The Credit and Syndications Analyst primary responsibilities are to review, evaluate, and provide written analysis of transactions with end-users to arrive at accurate risk ratings, provide approvals within delegated credit authority, and provide transaction structuring and pricing support to Oracle Financing sales. The analyst will be proficient in conducting due diligence calls with the CFO of privately held companies including venture-funded companies, obtaining all required information during the calls. Analysis, risk ratings, and decisions must be consistent with the financial institution market so that transactions are liquid.
