Credit Assistant

1. JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the finance executive, you are responsible in providing support and performing related tasks with regards to accounts receivable function.

2. Manage customer inquiries with regards to account receivables

3. Work in collaboration with commercial team and customers on debt collection
4. Daily update on customer collections tracker file
5. Support in customer master data
6. Support in customer request on monthly statement of account
7. Work in collaboration with share service center (SSC) team based in Manila on accounts recording such as collections and discounts posting, inquiries and information gathering

8. Work in collaboration with local business and SSC on Balance Sheet Reconciliation on Account Receivable
