Credit Associate

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Credit Associate on a temporary basis (up to 5 months).

Our Treasury & Credit department is looking for a customer-focused individual to join our team. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for FCL’s customers in a high-energy and collaborative environment.

This position is a hybrid opportunity based in Saskatoon, SK. Members of this team are currently working primarily from home, coming into the office one day a week.

What you'll do:

• Perform various collection activities to maximize cash receipts, establish payment plans for outstanding balances when necessary.
• Evaluate credit risk factors and recommend that accounts be shifted to collection agencies, reinstated, closed, or written off.
• Reconcile accounts as required, including corresponding with customers to resolve disputes.
