The Credit & Billing Manager – Europe is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the end-to-end Billing function within a Global Business Services (GBS) centre in Porto. Operating across European markets within the staffing and workforce solutions industry, the role ensures that invoicing is accurate, timely, and compliant with both client contractual requirements and local statutory obligations.

The Billing Manager will drive the technical and operational development of the billing team, enhancing process quality, system utilisation, and service delivery standards.
