Credit Card Benefits Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Benefits Program Management Implement and manage card benefits programs across affluent and emerging affluent card segments. Ensure timely onboarding of benefit providers and integration into card platforms. Coordinate with operations, IT, and customer service teams to enable smooth benefit fulfilment. Manage day-to-day relationships with benefit providers and ensure adherence to SLAs. Compliance and Documentation Ensure all benefits programs comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance checks. Work with customer service or LRM teams to address benefit-related queries and complaints. Develop FAQs, training materials, and support guides for internal teams. Performance and Reporting Track benefit utilisation, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction metrics. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for senior management.
