Credit Card Support & Sales Specialist (Hybrid)

Synchrony Financial is looking for a Customer Service Representative in Cebu City to handle inbound calls from customers about Client Credit Card(s). Responsibilities include resolving credit inquiries, generating sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, completed at least 2nd year in college, and is amenable to a hybrid work setup. An ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential.
