Our Finance department is looking for a Credit collection Associate to support the follow up of customer payments and ensure smooth communication with our clients and dealer network.

What you will do
Review outstanding invoices and follow up on customer payments.

Contact customers and dealers mainly via email, with occasional phone calls.

Match incoming payments to open invoices and keep records up to date.

Handle administrative tasks related to credit collection.

Coordinate with internal teams to gather and verify information.

Perform data input and checks in Excel.

Conduct searches and updates in SAP and Incadea (training provided).
