Credit & Collection Executive

Purpose of the Position

• Handles the day-to-day Accounts Receivable affairs of assigned customers.
• Communicates regularly with customers, sales partners and other concerned stakeholders to minimize occurrence of non-collection.
• Handle escalated accounts and resolve payment disputes while maintaining positive customer relationships where possible.
• Responds and timely resolves all collection-related customer queries.

Principal Responsibilities

• Regularly sends Statement of Accounts, makes customer calls, payment reminders and follow-ups.
• Provides the confirmed collection schedule or check pick-up to the Credit & Collection Supervisor for collectors' itinerary planning purposes
• Reviews, approves or makes the necessary queries for all sales orders booked via BITS.
