Credit & Collection Officer

About the role

This is a full-time role based in Solano Nueva Vizcaya as a Credit & Collection Officer at RETA DRUG. You will play a key role in the Accounting team, focusing on accounts receivable and credit control to support the company's financial operations.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the credit and collections process, ensuring timely payments from customers
• Review and monitor customer accounts, identifying any overdue payments or credit issues
• Communicate with customers to resolve outstanding balances and negotiate payment plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer accounts and collection activities
• Support the wider Accounting team with other financial processes and reporting as required
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of credit and collections
