• To manage the operation, development and advanvement of personnel under Credit & Collection Department.
• To manage the implementation of Credit & Collection SOP and policies.
• Responsible to achieve the ideal collection efficiency in the branch.
• To update and submit reports needed by the Management in connection to dutied and responsibilities.
