Credit Collections Analyst

Purpose of the Role

The Credit & Collections Analyst is responsible for is reviewing the credit worthiness of our existing customers and to perform a credit risk review in a professional and systematic manner

Key Responsibilities:

• DNBi (Dun & Bradstreet) credit reports, monitoring services and the credit scoring models
• Blue Book credit reports and attendant data
• RetailStat report
• USDA (PACA) licensing and complaint (formal & informal) data
• Discussion with the assigned collector to ascertain any pertinent relationship issues

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of Commercial Collections experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (i.e. Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills (i.e. oral and written).
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, analytical and independent thinking.
