Requirements
Min. requirement Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Required Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (eg: Excel).
Independent, self-motivated & manage time effectively.
Responsibilities:
Credit Control:
• Serve as a key point of contact for customers with billing or payment issues.
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue invoices via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Negotiate repayment plans or credit arrangements with customers as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, balancing collection goals with good customer service.
