We are looking for a Credit Control Manager who is a master of balance: someone who can protect our cash flow while maintaining the incredible relationships we’ve built with our farmers and ranchers .

This isn’t a sit behind a spreadsheet role. We need a proactive communicator who isn't afraid to pick up the phone, have a real conversation, and find solutions that keep Halter charging forward. You’ll be the heartbeat of our cash inflows, ensuring our ledger is pristine and our collection processes are world‑class.
