Credit Controller - Collections PIONEER

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join eClerx Philippines, Inc. in Muntinlupa City. In this full-time role, you will manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and monitor invoices, statements, and payments

• Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve billing issues with clients

• Keep accurate records of account activities and communications

• Identify and elevate credit or collection risks

• Work with Finance and Sales teams to improve collections

• Provide regular reports on accounts receivable and cash flow

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years experience in a high performing credit management team, credit control or accounts receivable/collections (Australian accounts is a plus)
