The Role
Reporting to the National Credit Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing customer accounts, collections, and credit risk to support strong cash flow across our group of companies.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments via phone, email, and written communication
• Issue statements and reminders in line with credit terms
• Investigate and resolve short payments, disputed invoices, and payment delays
